Returns are accepted on all non-customised products within 30 days of purchase. We cannot accept returns on most customised products, but if you have any questions, please email motleyexotics@gmail.com.

Returned items must be undamaged and in their original condition.

Please note we do not provide postage refunds if you pay to return goods.

Refunds for the price of the goods returned will be processed within 3-5 days of the item arriving on return. When returning your item(s) it is important you get a receipt of the proof of postage in case of loss or damage during transit.

While we are happy to accept returns for any reason, the cost of returning the items is typically your responsibility unless the product is faulty or does not comply with the terms of the contract. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a return at our expense.

If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty please get in contact no later than 14 days of receipt, so we can resolve any issues efficiently. We can then arrange for the return of the faulty or incorrect item at our expense and provide a replacement or refund as needed.​

To return an item, please follow these steps:

• Contact Us: Inform us of your intention to return the item. Provide details about the product and the reason for the return. In some cases photos will be requested to help us assess the situation.

• ID Number: You will receive the return instructions containing a unique number that needs to be referenced on the return.

• Pack the Item: Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging if possible.

• Send the Item: Use a reliable postal service and obtain proof of postage. Address the package to the return address provided when you contact us.

• Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. This usually takes a few days. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment.
